Here’Äôs what Our Audience says about the Performance of Design Symphony...

SRF has worked with Design Symphony over the past four years and they have always treated us as if we were their only client. There is no ’Äú9 to 5’Äù with Design Symphony - they are always willing to go the extra mile. They specialize in taking an ordinary project and making it extraordinary. We look forward to all of our interactions because we know when we work with them we are working with quality.¬ÝAlways on budget, but never taking short cuts in the quality of work they provide - Design Symphony truly set the standard for breath-taking design and inspired creativity.

Your workshops were splendid! There was a measurable behavioral change among the participants. You also impressed attendees from the federal government. (Your presentation) added a lot to the conference and you made us look great! The 10th Anniversary Linking Leaders book is outstanding. We have many requests for more copies and several requests to make it available online. NASA likes the book too, which was a major priority. In summary, you rock.

-- Jim McMurtray, Executive Director, NASSMC

Thanks Joey for your creativity. You and your team greatly exceeded my expectations’Ķ You came up with extremely original concepts and it’Äôs very exciting to see how they are already driving buzz about our efforts. The tone, the energy, the feel, the wording, the brevity, the cleverness’Ķ AWESOME!
I think your work is so right on with who we are!

-- Gary Jacobs, Founder, Precipice Improv Theater

I came to the show last night mainly because the promotional letters have been so strong lately.¬Ý Particularly the most recent one, with the cool funky graphic.¬Ý It made me feel that I had really missed something special and that I don't want to take a chance on missing anything else.

-- Audience member from Precipice Improv Theater performance

He understands his clients needs and he genuinely cares about his client's experience. His rare combination of equal strength in thinking, feeling and perceiving, along with a kind heart dedicated to service and great business sense,¬Ýallows him to meet his clients where they are and successfully take their business's¬Ýto places they have yet to imagine.

-- Michelle James, President, The Center for Creative Emergence

As I hand out my business cards, send memos on my letterhead, and present my materials to clients, I do it with great pride because I have a¬Ýlogo that truly represents what my business is about and why I created it. I value the individualized attention I received during the design and development process. The process moved smoothly and was marked by both professional and friendly service. Design Symphony knew how to make this important task fun and enjoyable.¬Ý The individualized attention,¬Ýhonest professional advice and friendly service set Design Symphony apart from all others and I highly recommend them to anyone needing design or marketing services. My new business identity truly represents me and I am excited about it!¬Ý This excitement and confidence comes across when I meet with clients which ultimately helps my business.¬Ý

Joey is both the most necessary and unnecessary element you could add to a business. Unnecessary because any business could get along without him and stay in what I call "the waking dead" where they simply go through the zone where they are neither failing nor succeeding - just trudging along, making it, but barely. Joey is the necessary element because he comes up with the marketing ideas that pop and can take companies from small to the big time ’Äì by either providing pure strategy, or by assisting with the execution of a strategy ’Äì or both! I know a lot of people claim to do this sort of thing, but the energy Joey brings, as well the fact that he constantly has an ear to the pavement of trends, is very unique.

What Our Audience Says about Joey Coleman...

The presentation went off without a hitch. The content was intriguing, the enthusiasm skyrocketing, and the overall ambience you created was full of positive energy.

-- Mariya Isayeva, George Washington University

I ended up going to Joey’Äôs session because it was the ’Äúleast worst’Äù available during that time slot. I have some experience with marketing/branding, so my thought before going was, ’ÄúI already know what he’Äôs going to say... branding is important - duh!’Äù Anyway, first and foremost, I had fun. And beyond that I left reinvigorated and inspired. I left the presentation with a warm fuzzy feeling and a desire to readdress my own brand - something that I hadn’Äôt done in years. Thank you!

-- Stacia Rogan, WebChicky

The presentation did not feel like a presentation - but rather a hands on learning experience. I enjoyed learning about the concepts and approach you use and I believe this will have great value for our network.

-- Sue Neuen, Director of Science, OC

Great, great, great!! We were engaged and up out of our seats to participate.

-- Dekle B. Vikers, Howard W. Bishop Middle School

A short-term goal was developed out of my attendance as this presentation - a goal that will be utilized in realizing bigger, longer-termed goals. Joey’Äôs presentation was smart and funny and a breath of fresh air after all the technical mumbo jumbo I’Äôd been exposed to at the conference.

-- David McDonald, Cascades Technologies

You captured the participants’Äô imagination both by your style and content. Since marketing techniques are basically like speaking another language for many nonprofit leaders, you encouragement to expand our thinking was very important.

-- Ken Kovach, Ohio Mathematics and Science Coalition

You made the content (which would otherwise be boring, sorry!) fun. It was interactive and we didn’Äôt have to sit there for three hours just listening. Sharing the responsibility of the presentation... kept us awake! I also thought it was cool that you hung out with us and answered our questions afterward.

-- Shelly Carpenter, Langston Magnet School

The presentation was highly stimulating, lively, and included relevant and valuable information about ’Äúmarketing’Äù our schools and programs. I found you to be knowledgeable, upbeat, and committed to the goals and objectives (of our program).

-- Kelly A. Dean, Assistant Principal, Glenn W. Levey Middle School

Your presentation was excellent; a critical topic that we definitely don’Äôt have much experience with. It was entertaining, informative, and useful.
